1. Bring a tent. You'll want some shade. We have spots marked off on the street for you when you get here Sat morning so you know where to go.
2. We do not have access to power. If you need power, it will be up to you to figure that out. Quiet generators are acceptable. Loud generators are not.
3. There are two rounds of submissions for each category this year.
PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
For example - if you get a turn-in time for 1:05 for the appetizer, that means you will turn in something at 1:05 and then again at 1:45 (and the chicken at 3:35 and 4:15).
4. For the appetizer, turn in enough for four tastings on both rounds.
For the chicken, turn in two leg quarters on both rounds.

#1 RULE - CHICKEN AND APPETIZER MUST BE MADE ON PREMISES
2. Grills need to be on premises by 11 am. Pick up your team packet to be assigned your turn-in time.
3. Appetizer due between 1:00-1:30pm. 2nd Round at 1:45.
4. Two Leg Quarters due between 3:30-4:00pm. 2nd Round at 4:15.
**everyone will get 2.5 hrs in between appetizer and chicken turn-in time
5. Winners announced at 5:00 PM
